Welcome to Bhojan POS, provided and operated by Synaptek Infotech ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Bhojan POS marketing website, demo application process, downloadable Android APK application, and associated restaurant management services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, downloading the application APK, or submitting a demonstration request, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our software and web services.

2. Product Demos & Consultations

Product demonstrations are provided to prospective clients to assess features, hardware readiness, and operational fit. Submission of a demo request does not create a binding contractual obligation on either party. All demo scheduling is subject to availability and representative verification.

3. Software License & Permitted Use

The Bhojan POS application, branding, user interface, software code, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Synaptek Infotech. When granted access or upon installing the APK:

  • You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for your food service and hospitality operations.
  • You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, reproduce, or redistribute the application binaries or assets without prior written consent.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your Android devices, thermal printers, and network connections meet the operational requirements of the software.

4. Data Accuracy & Business Calculations

Bhojan POS calculates sales totals, order counts, tax figures, inventory consumption, and financial summaries strictly based on the inputs and records entered by your staff and managers. Synaptek Infotech makes no claims, warranties, or representations regarding guaranteed business profits or fixed commercial outcomes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Synaptek Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from local network interruptions, hardware malfunctions, or improper menu and inventory configuration on client premises.

6. Modifications to Terms

Synaptek Infotech reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued usage of our website or software constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
